Standard Configuration
Standard Wrapping Configuration
Automatic wrapping equipment and tooling can be configured around part size, wrapping boundary and cycle requirements. Standard content includes in-mold product arrangement, skeleton fixing, push-block wrapping, machine mechanisms and quick-change structures.
Product arrangement inside the wrapping mold
Parts can be arranged as left/right, symmetric or similar-part cavities, with one-out-one, one-out-two or multi-cavity layouts selected by part length, wrapping boundary and target cycle.
Skeleton fixing and positioning
Dedicated support and local clamping hold the product skeleton on datum, reducing skin offset and edge misalignment during wrapping.
Push-block wrapping motion
Push blocks follow the process sequence for pressing, edge folding and local closure, with electric mold pressing, hot air or infrared heating for complex edges.
D-type platform mechanism
The equipment integrates dual servo drive, automatic table balancing, one-touch fixture changeover, process recipe storage, MES data communication and remote support.
Upper/lower mold quick locking
The upper plate uses cylinder hook locking, while the lower mold uses quick-change clamping to improve changeover speed and repeat positioning.
